Purpose of use of personal data

We use your personal data for the following purposes, as described in this privacy policy:

a) In order to be able to process your request with you in case of contact inquiries (e.g. e-mail address, first name, last name).

b) For the technical realization of our website and to be able to provide you with our information on this website.


c) The processing of personal data submitted through the form (Submit) is for us to contact you because you have shown interest in participating in the Data Experiment. The legal basis for obtaining consent is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and Art. 7 DSGVO; The legal basis for processing for the fulfillment of our services and implementation of contractual measures as well as answering inquiries is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO; The legal basis for processing to fulfill our legal obligations is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO; In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis. The legal basis for the processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller is Art. 6 (1) lit. e DSGVO. The legal basis for processing to protect our legitimate interests is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The processing of data for purposes other than those for which they were collected is determined by the requirements of Art. 6 (4) DSGVO. The processing of special categories of data (according to Art. 9 (1) DSGVO) is determined according to the requirements of Art. 9 (2) DSGVO. Storage period: In this context, the data will only be processed as long as the corresponding consent exists. After that, they will be deleted. Provision mandatory or required: The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. Without existing consent, we can unfortunately not send you our information mail.


Cookies

We do not use our own cookies on performingdata.org and try to make sure to neutralize any cookies from our CMS (wix.com), its extensions and the page template we use (Customizr theme). We do not use any analytics tools on our website such as third-party tracking codes from Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar. General log files

E-mail address

You can contact us by e-mail. In this case, we store the personal data transmitted by you in order to process your request and to contact you to handle your request. Depending on the type of request, the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO for requests that you yourself make as part of a pre-contractual measure or Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO if your request is of a different nature. The legitimate interest follows from the purposes stated under Purpose of use of personal data. Your data will only be processed to respond to your inquiry and then deleted immediately, unless there are legal retention obligations on our part. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. If you wish to object to the processing of your data transmitted by e-mail, please contact the e-mail address given in the imprint.


Storage period of personal data

With regard to the storage period, we delete personal data as soon as their storage is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the original purpose and there are no longer any legal retention periods. The statutory retention periods ultimately form the criterion for the final duration of the storage of personal data. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted. In the case of the existence of retention periods, a restriction of processing is carried out in the form of blocking the data.


Passing on of personal data

Your personal data communicated via this website or collected by us will not be passed on to third parties unless we have your consent to do so.


Your rights

a) As a data subject, you have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the GDPR, insofar as the respective requirements are met:

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1e) DSGVO (data processing in the public interest) and Article 6(1f) DSGVO (data processing on the basis of a balance of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4(4) DSGVO. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
